mobula happy model 6 dsmx issues

I'm in need of some technical help with an issue I'm having with my new mobula 6. basically I'm following the direction through the Manuel.. but i get to a stopping point where i am unable to actually see the "Green light" which confirms the quad is armed. in betalight it shows that the channels are active and my receiver is transmitting to the drone. also the instructions aren't clear as to how to actually bind the quad once you take it out of betaflight and plug a battery in. I'm not the most knowledgeable  about this stuff.. and would really appreciate someone's help as i really wanna get more into this hobby but i have no one in my direct area i can find that can help me. I'm using a dx8e dsmx spektrum radio.
