Well, here is a brief review of one of the best drones for beginners in the market right now, the Holy Stone F181 Drone Series.

Some of the key facts about this drone are:

  1. There are 3 versions of this drone available in the market right now: C, W, and G.
    1. The difference is C model has a camera but cannot live-stream video to a mobile device. W model has a WiFi camera, so it can transmit video. And the G one, comes with an LCD screen integrated to the transmitter, besides, it works with 5.8G video transmission, also, this last one does not work with a smart phone
  2. It definitely is a very high seller, since this drone has thousands of positive customer reviews from those enthusiasts of the hobby. As I've said before, you can't go wrong if you choose this one as your first drone.
  3. The equipped camera is a 720p HD one, with wide-angle capabilities.
  4. Flight time is decent and ranges from 8 - 10 minutes.
  5. Charging time oscillates between 60 - 90 minutes.
  6. Flight range is up to 100 meters or 328 feet.

Just for the price you pay, these features are fantastic, but, this drone comes with other very useful addons that will definitely improve your flight experience.

Holy Stone F181 additional Features

  • Altitude hold mode
  • Headless mode
  • Spins and 3D flight enabled
  • One Key take off/landing
  • FPV Capable (not the C model)

And these are the features which make the F181 a great drone.

I actually wrote a full review of this gadget at https://www.rchobbiesonair.com/holy-stone-f181/, if you want to know more details, feel free to check it and leave your comments and questions.

Thanks!

Jose
